Leadership Spotlight
Paula A. Hall, MD, a Family Practice physician, was the 127th President of the Indianapolis Medical Society, serving in that capacity in 2000. Dr. Hall is engaged in the full-time practice of medicine and divides her time between offices in Indianapolis, Franklin, and Greenfield. She has limited her practice to proctology and lower endoscopy. Remembering the tenant of teaching your fellow physicians, she has preceptored three other family physicians and they now have privledges and are performing colonoscopies at their own hospitals.
She has been very active throughout her career by holding offices in, not only the IMS, the IMS Foundation but also the Indiana State Medical Association. In the past, she also served an Alternate Delegate to the American Medical Association.
She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1984 and completed her Residency at Methodist Hospital in 1987. Dr. Hall resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Michael Raymond, and their two children, Mike and Jennifer.

The IMS Headquarters was renovated in 2007-2008 to provide an updated environment for IMS physicians to conduct the business of the Society.
The Headquarters renovation was highlighted by the addition of Executive Meeting Rooms and the IMS Conference Center.
IMS Conference Center
The Conference Center is available to members, their families and others interested in a convenient downtown location to host a seminar, professional or personal event.
The IMS Conference Center is committed to exceptional service for all catered events. Our Chef can serve your menu from the in-house Catering Kitchen, and prepare sumptuous hors d'oeuvres, exquisite formal dinners with decadent desserts, and everything in between. Whether your event requires a full table service or a buffet-style venue, you are provided with a delicious dining experience at an exceptional value. Your event will be customized to your satisfaction.
The IMS Conference Center seats up to 80 people and can be divided to create a more intimate space if needed. If your event includes alcoholic beverages, you can select a caterer from one of the three companies authorized to service events in the IMS Conference Center. Of course, an IMS Staffer will be on site to ensure your satisfaction steeped in "Hoosier Hospitality."
Since the IMS is located just off Interstate-65 in the historic Lockerbie area of downtown Indianapolis, we are a great centralized location to host your citywide meetings. Our prime location and free "at-our-door" parking are just two of the many excellent reasons for scheduling your next meeting with us.
